Okay, so it's dinner time and the foods we eat have a direct affect on our attitude, our emotional frequency and out thought process. So why not give yourself the right foods to boost your system. 

It may not be feasible for one to go all the way vegan/vegetarian but, how about going meatless just one day out of the week or for a certain portion of the day. Thus, the introduction of Meatless Monday. This way you and yours can slowly transition into a lifestyle of healthy eating.

Major Recall Alerts: 96,000 Strollers, Over 1 Million Chrysler Jeep SUV's, Stride Rite Sandals

Kolcraft
Just an FYI mama's and papa's. Kolcraft is recalling more than 96,000 Jeep Liberty strollers due to a tire malfunction. The inner tube of the tire on the stroller can rupture causing the wheel rim to fracture and fly off as a projectile. 

The strollers were recalled on June 19, 2013. The recall includes Jeep Liberty branded strollers with model numbers starting with JL031, JL032, JL034, JL035 or JL036 manufactured between June 2010 and September 2011.  The model number and date of manufacture are printed on a white tag on the rear upper center of each seat back pad.

Who remembers singing that song? Okay, school is out and now all of my girls are home. For those of you that don't know I am a stay at home mom that has 3 girls aged 3, 6, and 8. My two oldest are in school and my 3 year old stays at home with me everyday. The last day of school was a half a day and we spent it doing our nails then we went out for ice cream. It was so much fun to just hang out with my girls for the day.
